At Lovenze Perfumes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If, for any reason, your order isn’t what you expected, we’re happy to assist you with returns or exchanges under our simple and transparent policy.

We offer a 2-day return and exchange window for eligible products, giving you complete peace of mind when you shop at Lovenze.pk.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items must be non damaged.

  • Only regular-priced products are eligible for exchange or return.

  • Sale items, testers, or promotional products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchange & Return Process

To start your Exchange or Return request, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@lovenze.pk or contact us at +92 331 8762595 within 2 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and product details.

  3. Once approved, your return or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.

If you’re requesting an exchange, you may choose a replacement product of equal or lesser value. If the replacement costs more, we’ll share a payment link for the balance.

Non-Exchangeable / Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse.

  • Free gifts, testers, or promotional items.

Important Notes

  • Delivery charges for return/exchange shipping are non-refundable.

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll replace it at no additional cost after verification.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa within 5–7 working days.
